Wolf Habichhorst

Born in Germany, Wolf brings German precision and humour into his artwork using a variety of styles and media including copper and aluminium, paint and wood and discarded objects. His inspiration comes from the relationships, rhythms and symmetries of nature and our connection with it. Since 2001 Wolf has been working out of his Auckland based workshop.

His works are held in private collections in Germany, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

He has exhibited in Canada and Germany and throughout the wider Auckland area including the Kaipara Coast Sculpture Gardens 2011-2012 and the NZ Sculpture On Shore 2012.

Robianto

Robianto’s early years were naturally influenced by the heritage of his Spanish father and Indonesian mother. He started painting at the age of sixteen and by the time he was in his early twenties, his painting career was well underway, thanks to encouragement from his Australian-born wife.

Robianto has developed his own style of contemporary dot painting. His unique style yields artworks that add subtle texture to the walls of any style of décor whether traditional or contemporary. Most of his paintings can be hung either horizontally or vertically.

His dot paintings are created in acrylics on linen canvas, using different sized syringes and sable brushes to create variety. In Jan/Feb 2012 he exhibited at the Lake House Art Centre in Takapuna.
